VOLUNTEERS

Amherst Youth Soccer is a 100% volunteer organization, and we require significant assistance in preparing for and administrating each season. The program has grown tremendously in the past few years, and we are always in need of volunteers. Without the help of generous people who are willing to donate their time, AYSA cannot continue to run soccer programs in our town. We need a pool of volunteers for various positions.  Your help is vital to the success of the Amherst Youth Soccer Association and it's programs.  Please pitch in so that all of our children can enjoy playing soccer in Amherst.  You can call an Association Officer or e-mail AYSA through the web site contact us link.

                                                   Field Preparation Volunteers

A field day is held at the beginning of each season to prepare the fields for play.  We need at least 1 volunteer from each team in order to have our fields ready for opening day.  If we have enough volunteers this task can be achieved in a couple of hours.  Date(s) for Field Setup will be posted on the web site.      

                                                        Board of Directors

In the late Fall (usually November), AYSA holds its annual elections to elect new Board members and Officers.  All Board members and Officers are volunteers.
